Builds Infrastructure for Future Services Business;
Customers Benefit from Enhanced Maintenance Service

DUNSTABLE, UK – 10th March 2008 – Torex Retail Holdings Limited (Torex™), the leading European-based global provider of software and solutions to the extended retail marketplace, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with ACAL Parts Services Group (ACAL PSG) to extend its reach and enhance the maintenance service offering to its customers in the UK.

ACAL PSG has purchased Torex spare parts inventory and moving forward will supply, or repair all of the spare parts required to support Torex UK service division. Torex will benefit from access to a broader range of parts and increased product availability enabling the company to develop its service portfolio to better meet customer needs.

The partnership brings together Torex solutions expertise with ACAL PSG’s supply chain management core competence nationwide to build a strengthened service business for the future. The partnership underscores Torex commitment to continually improve its service offering to customers, and will benefit them by delivering a more flexible service that is responsive to their changing needs.
