extended ranges with the personal guidance that customers seek from
a store visit. This session will give an insight to mobile
technology which will empower sales staff to engage with customers
on the shop floor armed with product knowledge, and defined best
practice workflow that encourages sales conversion.
International
As the UK market remains static, growth opportunities in
international markets are being expored by many retailers. This
session will open up the discussion on the cultural, fiscal and
logistical challenges of international expansion and the advantages
of ensuring that adequate controls are in place.
Workforce Management
The popularity of multi-channel shopping is having a significant
impact on the store operating model. Sales associates need to be
prepared to serve not only the walk in customers but fulfil the
demands of click and collect and delivery from store orders. This
session looks at how stores are becoming the hub of the
multi-channel experience and the impact this has on workforce
management.

Identifying these quickly provides the basis on which to make fast
and reliable business decisions. This session explores the
importance of relevant performance data delivered direct to the

experience throughout the buying journey. This session looks at the
central data mangement and definable, flexible business processes
to provide the experience customers want with the information and
control retailers need.
Customer Insight and Campaign Management
To understand what will motivate a customer to purchase more
requires the ability to analyse not only what customers buy but how
they prefer to make their purchase decisions and the channel they
choose to complete transactions. This session will the analysis of
customer purchase behaviour, campaign management and learning from
the consumer response.
Architecture
Come and join some of the Retail-J team to listen to how
enhancements to Retail-J's architecture can improve processing
performance and be implemented in a 2-tier infrastructure. Feedback
your experiences and thoughts on how Torex should be looking to
