Steve Rowley
Chief Executive Officer

Steve was appointed Chief Executive of Torex in January 2009.
Prior to this, Steve was CEO at Anite plc where he served for five years. Under his leadership the company was transformed from a fragmented IT services company to a leading software firm serving mobile phone developers globally.

Steve has held a variety of senior executive positions including Senior Vice President at PeopleSoft, Senior Vice President at 3Com Corporation and Director at IBM UK.  His roles have been international in scope and he has worked in the United States and throughout Europe.

Steve is currently a non-executive director of Paypoint plc, a UK listed FTSE 250 firm, providing payment services through a network of 24,000 retailers. In the past he has served on the Technology & Telecommunications Advisory Board at Apax, a leading private equity firm.

Steve was educated in the UK and holds a BSc in Engineering Design from Loughborough University.

As Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Steve Callaghan has extensive experience of the retail marketplace. With a career that has spanned multiple senior leadership and sales roles over 25 years, Steve brings the experience required to expand the Torex success globally. A determined leader, Steve will drive the sales force to achieve results.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mandy Gradden is a seasoned CFO with 20 years financial and senior management experience.  Mandy's previous role was Group Finance Director at the FTSE 250 business and technology consultancy, Detica, where she was instrumental in managing the company's growth from £39 million to £203 million during her six year term and oversaw the negotiation and execution of several successful acquisitions.
