Spirit Leased selects Torex for business efficiency

Torex, leading global provider of innovative technology to the retail, hospitality and convenience and fuel markets, today announces that it is implementing Torex Advanced Granules for Microsoft Dynamics NAV across Spirit Pub Company's 550 Leased pubs. The ERP and advanced back-office solution will create an integrated platform across the entire business, giving Spirit greater control over and insight into their leased outlets in order to manage business processes more efficiently.

With an improved supply chain integration delivered by a new, stable, electronic data interchange (EDI), advanced reporting and analytical tools and faster order capture capabilities, Spirit Leased will be able to offer improved services to its partners. Moreover, central sales teams will be able to suggest specially tailored promotional offers, which will increase order values from well-managed promotions and benefit partners with targeted products that cater to their specific needs.

The solution will also give the company greater control over its leased pubs. With detailed visibility of rent histories to ensure more timely and quicker rent invoicing, as well as credit control and debt collection functionalities that pool data on a simple dashboard, Spirit can minimise overheads and improve cash-flow.
